Genildo Rosales
Partner in Quality Tax. Genildo has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences from Unigranrio, an MBA in Controllership and Finance from UFF (Universidade Federal Fluminense) and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. Once an associate in a multinational accounting and tax consulting firm (Big 4), Genildo has approximately 20 years of experience in providing tax and corporate consulting services to national and international organizations. Additionally, Genildo is a member of Supervisory Boards of large companies.
Rafael Barreto
Partner in Quality Tax. Bachelor of Accounting Sciences from UFRJ (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro) and Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. Once an associate in a multinational accounting and tax consulting firm (Big 4), Rafael has approximately 20 years of professional experience in tax consulting services. He has been involved in significant engagements for large- and medium-sized organizations operating in several business segments.
Fernando Moura
Partner in Quality Tax. Bachelor of Economics from UFRJ (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro), Bachelor of Accounting Sciences from Universidade Cândido Mendes, and Postgraduate studies in Tax Management from UFF (Universidade Federal Fluminense). Once an associate in a multinational accounting and tax consulting firm (Big 4), Fernando has approximately 20 years of experience in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance engagements for large national and international corporate groups, including a two-year secondment in the United States. Additionally, Fernando is a member of the e-commerce and retail board of Associação Comercial do Rio de Janeiro.
